Welcome to St. Charles Sports & Physical Therapy, a therapist Owned private practice located throughout St. Charles County. Let us take a few moments to introduce our services and ourselves.

The partners, Dennis Roth, PT , Dave Bortfeld, PT , Bill Hopfinger, PT along with former St. Louis Baseball Cardinal trainer, Gene Geiselman, started St. Charles Sports & Physical Therapy in 1986 and have been in practice for over 25 years.

The entire staff of therapists have extensive training in various areas of Orthopedic and Sports related injuries of all ages as well as expertise in helping the Aging Adult population. Each therapist regularly attends continuing education courses to stay updated on the latest techniques and procedures, which are used in physical therapy today.

Physical therapy treatment is based on a team approach between you, the physician, and our staff. Treatment may include the evaluation of your neuromusculoskeletal systems, manual therapy, patient education, home exercise program, body mechanics, modalities, gait analysis/training, therapeutic exercises, mobilization, traction, and pain control. We utilize the latest technology and techniques to safely rehabilitate your individual injury.

Our mission is to assist and direct patients to achieve the highest level of rehabilitation following an injury, illness or disease. Professionally trained therapists provide one-on-one, personalized treatments, geared to address each individual ailment in order to attain maximum potential for the patient.
